Workshop Registration

- Participants must register in advance for LIFT workshops
- Register in person at LIFT (1137 Dupont Street) with cash, Interac, Visa, MasterCard or Amex 

- We do not accept cheques for workshop payment
- Register by telephone by credit card: 416-588-6444 Ext. 222

- Registration for all classes, including weekend workshops, must be done between Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm

Workshop Facilities

- All workshops take place at LIFT (1137 Dupont Street) unless otherwise noted.
- LIFT is a wheelchair accessible facility.
- LIFT is a fragrance-free work place.
- All workshops taking place in our digital classroom are on the Mac platform.
- We recommend bringing lunch or snacks for longer workshops.

Workshop Policies

- Fees must be paid in full at time of registration
- Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received in full
- LIFT workshops are non-transferable
- No refunds, transfers or make-ups allowed for any missed session
- Workshops are subject to schedule and instructor changes or cancellation at the discretion of LIFT (Full refunds are issued for any classes canceled or rescheduled to a date the participant cannot attend)

- All registered participants will be notified of such changes

Cancellation Policy

- All cancellations must be received and confirmed by telephone with a LIFT staff member during office hours
- Cancellations received via email, voicemail or otherwise will not be recognized

- Participants must cancel up to five (5) full business days prior to the date of the workshop to receive an 80% refund
- No compensation is available for cancellations less than five (5) full business days prior to workshop start time

- No compensation is available for non-attendance
- Any refunds will be issued by cheque regardless of the original method of payment
