Introduction to Digital Colour Grading with DaVinci Resolve: In PersonNOTE: This workshop is in person. Following Ontario’s health guidelines, attendees will require proof of vaccination in order to attend this workshop.With digital cinematography, digital colour grading has become an integral part of the post-production pipeline. Software like DaVinci Resolve has leveraged the power of more efficient computer systems with decades of colour timing experience. This introductory course covers everything from initial conform, raw colour grading, to HSL keying. We will have a brief look at Blackmagic Cinema Camera 2.5K RAW, Blackmagic URSA Mini Pro 4.6K RAW and RED 5K RAW workflows. Participants will utilize the full extent of raw information available from each camera, and take their visuals to the next level with DaVinci Resolve. Colour Theory is required as a prerequisite to this workshop. This workshop is recommended as a companion to the Intermediate Digital Colour Grading with DaVinci Resolve, Blackmagic Cinema Camera and URSA Mini Pro, and RED Epic Camera workshops.
