Despite famously boasting one of the world’s most diverse populations Toronto remains a city forced to negotiate its increasingly deluxe brand and new stature as a “global city.” Taking as a starting point the movement of Toronto and its inhabitants on a global scale, this program looks at the idea of circulation in, of, and through the city.
