Feeling unhappy and stuck, Miles Whitman rewrites the story of his life in search of the love he thought was missing, only to discover what true love really is.

GUEST MODERATOR:
Dan Lyon is Telefilm Canada‘s Regional Feature Film Executive, for the Ontario and Nunavut Regions. He formed his own company, Dandelion Entertainment Ventures Inc. As a distributor, Dan was awarded the Golden Reel for The Art of War and was the first independent buyer in the world (at the screenplay stage) for Roman Polanski’s The Pianist which went on to win the Palme D’Or and three Academy Awards. Credits as executive producer include Ginger Snaps, Twist, and Everything’s Gone Green written by Douglas Coupland. Additional awards include a Peabody (for The Interrogation of Michael Crowe). The first project he championed upon joining Telefilm was Away From Her, which received two Academy Award nominations in January 2008.

Writer Leonard Chan has written magazine articles, short stories, feature-length screenplays, and a television pilot for an original series that is currently in development. In his spare time, he’s earned a Masters in Chemical Engineering, designs systems for the cleanup of oil spills, and dabbles in stand-up comedy. He occasionally breakdances.
