HANGNAIL by Cavan Campbell
A woman, a man, and a bathroom: Roz and Kenny have been commonlaw for a long time, but still they’re able to teach each other a few things. They’re learning that when you tear at something that’s only half dead, you’re going to bleed. They’ve been learning it for years; but only today will it stick.
CAVAN CAMPBELL was raised in Prince Edward Island and, a graduate of the Ryerson University film school, has been writing for the screen for a decade. He is a recipient of the Harvey Hart Director’s Award and the Nick Holleris Screenwriting Award. THE LOSS, Cavan’s previous film, recently had its European premiere in Arhus, Denmark.
THE MYSTERY OF THE MISSING BIRDSEED by Christine Whitlock
Mr. Sandhill commissions Cat Holmes and Bunny Watson to solve why birdseed has mysteriously disappeared from the birdfeeder before the regular birds have had their normal share.
CHRISTINE WHITLOCK was an associate producer for Cable14 Hamilton for 15 1/2 years producing her own interview shows and news magazine shorts for “Assignment Hamilton.” Since 2004, under her company C.J. PRODUCTIONS, Christine has filmed three feature films. SHARP TEETH and VAMPIRE DENTIST are now out in DVD and MARINA MONSTER will be out the end of
