GUEST MODERATOR – KEVIN WHITE:
Kevin White is the supervising producer of CORNER GAS and last year was the show’s executive story editor. For the last three years he’s also been the head writer for THIS HOUR HAS 22 MINUTES and his stand-up material was featured in his own episode of COMICS. Kevin has won a Canadian Screenwriting Award for Best Comedy Writing (2002) and has received four Gemini nominations in the same category. When he’s not in Regina or Halifax he lives in Toronto with his wife and three kids and often remembers their names.

AISLE 7 written by Janet Davidson, Tanya Fraser & Linsey Stewart
A young woman sets out to prove to her successful father she’s capable of running the family business, so she poses as an employee at a competing supermarket to help her father overtake it. She soon realizes there’s more to life than money, power and control.

RENTAL STATE written by Brad Hart and Sarah Goodman
Set in the confines of a costume rental shop, RENTAL STATE is a half hour situational comedy with three employees: Brian, the out of touch boss, Jeanine, a young, optimistic keener, and Andy, a disgruntled musician. As Andy deals with his coworkers and the absurd requests of the shops’ clientele, he must remember the customer is always right, even when they’re very, very wrong.
