The Liaison of Independent Filmmakers of Toronto (LIFT) and imagineNATIVE Film + Media Arts Festival presents a series of films by Shelley Niro.

New Directions in Cinema is a screening series presented by LIFT showcasing members and their innovative film works — filmmakers whose work bypasses traditional structures and techniques. Shelley Niro is a filmmaker and photographer living on Six Nations Reserve. Her work has been widely screened internationally garnering her praise and acclaim. Shelley Niro will present selections from past film works plus a premiere of a new work currently in post-production.

LIFT and imagineNATIVE are extremely pleased to showcase the work and achievements of Shelley Niro as part of the New Directions in Cinema series.
