Thank you for supporting us through another eventful year. We’re looking forward to a December rest and an exciting and productive 2026! Wednesday, April 1, 2026 is our 45th Anniversary, so we’re starting to plan some celebrations to mark this special occasion.

DECEMBER CLOSURE
LIFT’s facility will be closing on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 4:00pm ET and will reopen on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at 10:00am ET.
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 18 IS THE LAST DAY THE OFFICE WILL BE OPEN IN 2025.
MEMBERSHIP
All levels of memberships are still available for purchase, both renewals and new General level applications, via the online membership portal at https://lift.ca/lift-membership up until two (2) weeks before our closure.
No new Production level applications will be processed after Friday, December 5, 2025.
Any new Production level applications submitted from December 6 to January 6, 2026 will be processed in the new year.

LIFT STORE
Important Note: Online Store orders must be received by 5:00pm ET on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 in order to be shipped before our December closure. Walk-in purchases are available until Thursday, December 18 until 4:00pm ET.
– Store items are available for purchase via the online store at https://lift.ca/store
– Members can also e-mail tech@lift.ca to make an order through email when needed.
Custom orders are on hold from Friday December 5, 2025 through to Wednesday January 7, 2026. Email tech@lift.ca directly with any questions.
The online portion of the LIFT Store will remain open during the closure, however no orders will be shipped until Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
– Current individual members can log on to the site with their members password to get discounted prices. Email membership@lift.ca before December 12 if you don’t have a password.
MOBILE EQUIPMENT RENTALS
– Our Mobile equipment is available for rental over the December closure to current renting members (Production, Production Student and Production Equitable members) in good standing as of December 5, 2025.
– The rental rate for the holiday is the equivalent of one week
– Rentals must be picked up by Thursday December 18, 2025 and returned Wednesday January 7, 2026.
– Please review our rental policy before reaching out to the Technical Department.
– A designated pick-up person must be identified before equipment can be released. This person can be the renting member or someone else specified by the renting member. It is expected that the renting member ensures the pickup person brings required proof of ID listed in the rental policy.
– Same-day booking is possible for one or two small items. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee same-day bookings, so booking in advance is highly recommended.
POST-PRODUCTION FACILITIES RENTALS
– There will be no access to any facilities during the December closure.
– The last day for any facility rentals will be Wednesday December 17, 2025.
