Production Management
This workshop provides practical experience of important production management skills, tools of planning and organization that can potentially reduce stress, avoid surprises and prevent disasters on set. Participants become virtual production managers as they break down a script, research service providers, build a shooting schedule, determine a budget and prepare initial call-sheets. This workshop is highly recommended for those interested in working in the film industry or for filmmakers who wish to improve their expertise on set.
